Delete your VANGUARD account and data

VANGUARD has no sign-up: your player profile is tied to a random install ID on your phone. Deleting your account erases that profile and everything linked to it from our server.

Delete it in the game (immediate)

Open VANGUARD and open Settings.
Tap Account (you need an internet connection).
Tap Delete account and confirm.

The game erases your player on our server, forgets the account on your phone and restarts as a brand-new player.

If you cannot open the game

Email the developer (the contact address is shown on the game’s Google Play page) with the subject Delete my VANGUARD data and your Player ID. Your Player ID is shown in Settings. We delete the data and reply to confirm, usually within 7 days and always within 30 days. We do not store your name or email address, so without a Player ID we cannot tell which data is yours.

What is deleted

Your player profile and display name, your progress and cloud save.
Your run results and leaderboard scores.
Your mail, reward claims and support messages.
Your gameplay analytics events.
Your sign-in sessions, including the IP address, and the link between your phone and your profile.

What is kept

The record of each purchase (product, price, time, Google order ID) without any link to you, for accounting and refund handling.
Database backups for up to 30 days, and technical server logs for up to 7 days. Both are then deleted.
Your Player ID, and nothing else about you, in our log of actions in the admin tools (for example, that an account was deleted).

Before you delete: it cannot be undone. Your progress, operators, items and anything you bought in the game cannot be restored. Your purchases stay on your Google account, and refunds are handled by Google Play.
